Life
Moved to FL 1958. Married Dorothy Carter, Graduate of Pompano Bch, HS. Dorothy went to school and made friend with several fellow students at Pompano Bch. HS that many of us went to school with in Algonac. To name a few, Grant Sabin (deceased) Bill Sabin (Educator) and Irving Lozon (deceased). We have 4 children,(3 boys and a girl) (girl and two sons are athletes) 12 grand kids (three of them (two girls and one boy)are gear heads. lso World Cahamp in Swamp Buggy racing. Wife, Dorothy and I worked in education for 22 years. I retired in 2001 and my wife Dorothy passed away while still working in 2005. We fosteredover 30 foster kids through our home over the years. In 1999 the Vice Principal of the High School I worked at, tried to introduce me to some friends of his. Ended up being Lyle Hoover, Lyle's wife, Patty Clark (class of 1960 AHS), Patty's sister.Peggy Clark (class of 1958 AHS) and her husband. Small world. Lyle and Pat's son is a teacher in the same school system that I have been in. Lived it the Ft. Lauderdale/Pompano Beach area from 1958 until we moved to Naples, Florida in 1971.
